Some Tools For Your Prayer-Life

The very basics of living a life for Christ is that we spend time DAILY with the Lord in prayer and also in studying His Word.  Too many of us that name the name of Christ are trying to remain strong against the storms of this world, and God knows there are many; without daily equipping ourselves for the basic battles of life.  We must daily spend time in His Word and in conversation with God, so that our relationship with Him deepens and we are strengthened to be what He has called us to be in this world.

For many Christians, we face the challenge of what to pray in certain situations and we also don’t know Scriptures that apply to certain challenges.  This week a dear sister from my church sent me this wonderful list of scriptures we can pray and claim during certain challenges, and I was so blessed by them, I had to share them with you.  Forward them to others, copy them down, print this article.  It is powerful.  I wish I knew the book this came from, and I’d give credit, but I don’t have that available.

Remember, Jesus overcame the temptations and challenges of Satan in the wilderness by prayer and claiming the Word of God.  That is our only hope in overcoming as Children of God.
