Veterans – Thank You
This week our nation took time, or at least should have, to say thank you to our Veterans, all the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Services throughout our nation’s history. This year, it is even more appropriate, as our nation is in crisis. This month, our nation experienced the worst domestic terrorist attack since 9/11, however, the media along with our current administration choose to downplay and bow at the god of political correctness.
Our nation is under attack, and now, as details emerge about the Fort Hood terrorist attack, it is obvious that even our military and intelligence agencies have been compromised at the hands of those who want to turn a deaf ear and blind eye to the fact, we are still at war, with an enemy unlike we’ve ever fought before. The uniform, the techniques, and the cause of our enemy is one unlike we’ve ever faced.
But I am hopeful, because the great men and women of our nation’s military will stand for freedom. I am hopeful, because the great people of our nation are finding their voice again, and standing for true American freedom. I am hopeful, because America is starting to remember her God again.
To all the veterans who have served, and currently are serving, you have our heartfelt gratitude and thanks.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
